惊悚喜剧《陌路惊笑》导演三木单丹表示，自己这部新片会是中国版《惊声尖笑》，将惊悚与喜剧元素混搭，要做到了惊笑与惊吓并行。该片方今日曝光概念海报，并宣布定档4月3日全国公映。
