该剧主要讲述了由于18年前一场车祸让酒店富家女楠佩和家徒四壁的九珠这对刚出生的女婴在医院被调包，并在18年后引发了一系列的情感纠葛。此剧于2010年由安徽卫视引进，在安徽卫视首播，后又于纬来戏剧台播出。
