由卢洪哲和柳真担任主持，有明星与萌宠、哈哈乐园居委会等固定单元，也有哈哈乐园皓皓情侣、萌宠选美大会等特别单元。每期邀请三位家中养宠物的明星嘉宾，卢洪哲在节目中公开了自己与宠物驴洪七的日常生活，实际生活中养宠物的明星嘉宾们也携带宠物出现在明星与萌宠的短片中。
