此次OVA的制作阵容有别于06年TV版的阵容，动画制作公司为Brain'sBase，制作人员也全部换成了Brain'sBase的下属员工。此次OVA动画中将由钉宫理惠来顶替川上友子来担任风林寺美羽的声优。另外OVA动画新登场的角色将由绿川光、小清水亚美、浪川大辅等知名声优担任，声优阵容更加华丽。
