剧中男一号沙复明由久违电视荧屏的濮存昕出演。濮存昕拍过的电视剧不算多，但无论是《来来往往》里魅力大叔康伟业，还是《英雄无悔》里的警察高天都令人印象深刻。经过多年话剧舞台的历练，濮存昕的演技更加精进，拿捏各色人物也非常到位。虽然演盲人难度相当大，但他的加盟还是能给人期待。
该剧改编自BBC同名英剧，讲述调查自己的死因的无感觉的天才女和充满正义感的热血刑警的高智商犯罪搜查剧。
