“夏日少年派”是《变形计》第十九季的创新主题，着重记录一个群体主人公的变形，打造“夏日成长体验”概念。整季12集节目，将呈现一个由9个城市少年和4个农村少年组成的主人公群体，在60天的时间里有汗有泪、有哭有笑、成长思考的变形故事。
