该剧以“30代未婚青春”为主题，讲述了买不起房的年轻世代们在实际生活中遭遇的故事。只有房子玄关所有权的房奴南世熙（李民基 饰），他在受尽各种委屈后，跟一辈子都买不起房的露宿者尹智好（郑素敏 饰）相遇。两人在一起入住同一间房子之后，逐渐开始产生爱情火花 。
