在深夜经营咖啡店维持生计的2人，由于新寇疫情的影响，罗马尼亚的吸血鬼协会本部每月发送的血液的配给被停止了。为了成为独挡一面的吸血鬼而接近人类吸血，但是作为人类时的记忆和原本的温柔等…的阻碍，导致他们无法顺利进行，于是两人开始了某个行动。
失恋的郑嘉文（舒淇 饰）在泰国自杀未遂，捡回了性命。回到香港后，她准备忘记过去重新开始，却发现自己怀孕了，经过深思熟虑，她决定把孩子生下来。
一天，在地铁站，嘉文目睹一个女子跳轨道自杀，周围的人却什么也没有看见，警方调查也一无所获，嘉文自己也百思不得其解。而从那以后，怪事接二连三地发生在她身上。
