兔八哥（Bugs Bunny）是在动画《兔八哥》登场的虚拟角色，又译宾尼兔、兔巴哥或兔宝宝，根据他的出生日期，他1940年在纽约的布鲁克林出生。同时美国华纳兄弟公司也有同名书籍，内容也是关于动漫角色兔八哥的。

上世纪四十年代，华中地区青龙山上，世居于此的传统猎户们迎来了决选新猎王的猎王擂。同时，经过山下的八路军正与日军交战，身有秘密任务的孔梅逃入青龙山中。为帮助孔梅，王翠兰的奶奶被搜山的日军所抓。新任猎王吴永顺率猎户偷袭了日军部队，却发现奶奶已死。猎户的此番行为引来了日军对青龙山的疯狂攻击。吴永顺在孔梅的帮助下，与日军在大山周旋。为了使孔梅的任务得以完成，吴永顺带着人马一路上护送孔梅到达了根据地，吴永顺逐渐由传统的猎人成为了一名合格的八路军战士。此时，青龙山即将被鬼子攻陷。吴永顺得知消息后带着猎户们再度返回了家园，在孔梅的指导下，经过一番血雨腥风的战斗，终于除掉了妄图强占青龙山的日本人。战争过后，吴永顺加入了救亡图存的抗日洪流，奔向新的前线。
