本片根据漫画家手塚治虫的原著《佛陀（ブッダ）》改编，为“手塚治虫のブッダ”三部曲的首部，简介中所有人名以汉地经典中的译名为准。
该剧改编自漫画《家兄又在作死》，讲述了聪慧软萌的天才少女时夏，为了寻找失踪哥哥意外来到陌生的仙侠世界，与妹控哥哥魔尊时冬和玉华派太上老祖后池之间发生的搞笑温情的相处日常，自此展开了一段两个哥哥共同“守护”妹妹的爆笑故事。
《乌啦啦夫妇》为2012年韩国KBS电视台月火电视剧，导演李正燮，编剧崔顺植。电视剧由申贤俊、金延恩、韩在石、韩彩雅等人主演，讲述了离婚协议书上盖了章的夫妻在法院突然灵魂交换后发生的一系列搞笑动人的故事。
