本剧由《花样男子》全基尚PD担任制作，改编自日本人气漫画《花样少年少女》，主要是以男高为背景的花美男剧团的青春故事，讲述了因受伤而失忆的跳高选手金牌得主“姜泰俊”（崔珉豪饰），与女扮男装的美少年“具在熙”（崔雪莉饰）的爱情浪漫史，再次带来一股花美男热潮。
