原名为《家有阳光》的现代都市家庭情感剧《儿女冤家》围绕当代社会热点话题“啃老族”现象而展开，讲述家庭生活中父母与儿女之间微妙情感的家庭伦理剧。其中，“母亲”张凯丽、“女儿”黄小蕾和“媳妇”吴晓敏组成当代家庭新格局，三个女人一台戏，上演了一出与“亲情”密不可分的家庭战役，让故事悲中有喜，笑中带泪。矛盾重重过后，这些儿女冤家是否能从中感念母恩？
亚当和弟弟苏伟、母亲秀云在意大利帮助朋友蓝诺共同经营一家葡萄酒庄。他们参加了上海的红酒经销商世英组织的品酒会，并认识了世英的朋友演员安宁。喜欢安宁的世英为了让安宁实现演员梦，投资一部电视剧让安宁担任女主角，并让剧组去到亚当的酒庄拍摄，却没想到安宁和亚当越发亲密。吃醋的世英设计买下了酒庄害亚当失业，亚当回国找工作却阴差阳错进了世英家的公司。世英意外发现亚当就是自己多年前走失的弟弟，害怕失去继承权的世英又设计要将亚当赶走，这时却发现自己患了血癌，只得将身世告知亚当。善良的亚当捐献了骨髓挽救他，两兄弟终于相认。安宁也被亚当感动而爱上了他，世英要留亚当在公司，亚当选择带着安宁回到意大利继续自己的酿酒事业。
處境劇的御用監製羅鎮岳已經準備開拍新一套處境劇，暫定叫《愛．回家之開心速遞》，「過往的處境劇都是以家庭為主，今次當然不例外啦。而故事除了家庭，因為網購現在都好hit，就會講到一間百貨公司，入面開設的網購部，是從這裏開展出來的故仔。」
