柳天宇从军人摇身一变，进入买办业，与碧娆母女关系走近。为阻止文熙、如恬的感情发展，碧娆结盟文熙仇家柳天宇。天宇对如恬尽施情人计，如恬被天宇迷惑，在天宇求婚的关键时刻，文熙出现，揭露了天宇拐骗妹妹文萱致其怀孕的行为，如恬醒悟，天宇功亏一篑。
